Architectural Design
The architectural process starts with the concept phase, developing initial ideas into a clear design direction.
Next, schematic design layouts meeting functional goals. Construction documents follow, detailing specifications and materials for accurate implementation while ensuring all elements align with project objectives.

Permitting
Permits can often be complex and time-consuming, involving various regulations and approvals. Our team is dedicated to keeping the process efficient and on track, navigating the intricacies and ensuring that requirements are met promptly.

Construction & Project Management
I provide this service for the full duration of the project or in challenging situations where contractors have difficulty with intricate details. My aim is to offer support and guidance, ensuring effective management while maintaining the vision for a smoother construction process.
Cost per Square Foot
This is our standard billing rate for whole home new builds. This is for what is considered a builder's set of plans and is expected to take 3-4 Months. The rate for this is $6 per finished square foot.
Cost per Hour
This is a standard rate for hourly work, we typically charge at this rate for help with permitting or for other small jobs. The rate for this service is $150 per hour.
Fixed Price
Depending on the size and complexity of a remodel, this is our standard billing system. Since we are agreeing to a fixed fee rate and continuity of work, there is a small discount in the estimated number of hours worked.
