To Buy or Not To Buy

For this project, we worked with a buyer on a super quick and high level study on what this home could be. It was an older home, in rough shape, that needed a bit of love, and we were thrilled to be able to help them visualize the end product. We also worked with a local contractor to bid this out. While we were thrilled with the plan updates, we were not thrilled by the costs required, and the client was able to confidently walk away and into a different home. Ultimately, we had wished for a different outcome but a happy and confident client is a win in our book.
